Dudelange Licensing Problems Hauptwerk 5
Hi all,
I have severe problems with the Voxus Dudelange set. When I start the installation routine in HW, the (massive) data is extracted and loaded. When it comes to installing, however, the routine aborts telling me
"The organ definition file named "Voxus Organs - Dudelange Professional Untuned.Organ_Hauptwerk_hbx couldn't be loaded to query its version, while attempting to install the component packages ...Dudelange_Front.CompPkg.Hauptwerk.rar. If it's a licensed file then perhaps a license hasn't been installed for it. (Message code 1223)".
I've been traing for days now, having changed several parameters, but still it doesn't work.
My checklist:
> the most recent Hauptwerk licensing package is installed (other sets are running alright)
> the license is activated on the iLok key
> I've even copied the installation files onto the HDD (as Voxus recommends)
After checking with somebody who is successfully running the Dudelange set we found on difference: the license file in my iLok reads "surround edition" (which doesn't exist yet) whereas in the working set it is "stereo edition" . (which I have, too).
When I first intalled the key I realized the discrepancy and asked Voxus if this was a problem. Voxus told me (in a very shortspoken way) that this was Milan's fault and - anyway - it didn't make any difference. Later I have found out that it apparently does...
Unfortunately, Voxus hasn't answered any e-mails ever since. Now I am stuck with a "bargain" sampleset (750 EUR / USD) that can't be installed.
Any ideas how to proceed or who to contact?
Thank you very much,
Best
Stephan
