Announcing the Lenten Hymn-of-the Day Project!!!

The season of "Ordinary Time" is over, and Lent is upon us!  This coming Wednesday is Ash Wednesday, which begins the Forty Days of Lent.

As with the season of Advent, I'm inviting everyone to participate in the LENTEN HYMN-of-the-DAY PROJECT!

We're not going to be formal about this!  All you need to do is to upload a hymn during the season of Lent.  It can be any hymn in any style and from any denomination tradition.  It should be a "Lenten-type" hymn, but we don't have to be specific about the "proper" aspect of it. 

On some days, we may wind up with more than one hymn, and that's even better!

I know that EdoL will help with this, and I know that there are others of you who will also join in.

If you'd like to participate, but are worried that your playing won't be "good enough", - JUST DO IT!  We are ALL students here and there is NOTHING to be afraid of!  The best way to get better at playing hymns is to play more, and More, and MOre, and MORe, and MORE of them!!!

So, let's begin our hymn project TOGETHER on Ash Wednesday, February 18th!
