Kenneth Gange (b. 1939) — Quiet Piece No. 2 (1996) for organ

Kenneth Gange (b. 1939) was born in South Wales but has lived and worked in the Midlands of England since 1959, teaching in Birmingham and Cannock. He has written a great deal of music for piano, organ, and choirs. In 2000, the Welsh National Eisteddfod was held in Lllanelli (Gange’s birthplace), and he decided to submit two composition entries under different pseudonyms. His two compositions were awarded the joint first prize. He has composed much music for student musicians, and many of his works have been used in the grade examinations of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
