Kauffmann prescribes an unusual registration for this piece: Fagott 16', Quintadeen 8' and Principal 4'. That's not a combination of stops that's readily available on most organs. On this organ there isn't any 16' stop on the manuals. Instead I combined the aliquotes of the second manual with the Principals 8' and 4' of the first manual.
Not exactly Kauffmann's prescribed registration, but using a 16' on another organ had the effect of making the piece heavy. And that can't have been Kaufmann's intention.
