Before he became Main- and Dom-Organist at Augsburg/Bayern, he was employed there at the chapel of Marcus Fugger and after then at the Abbey St.Moritz.

This piece is charming, not least because of the repeatings in lower octave (with a "buzzing" of the Principal) and the little arpeggiation to the end.
