Bo Grønbech (b. 1951) — Lamento (1999) for organ

Danish composer and organist Bo Grønbech (b. 1951) studied at the Royal Academy of Music and the Royal Danish Academy of Music where he earned his degrees in church music and organ. He studied with Erik Norby and Leif Kayser. From 1976–86, he studied composition and improvisation frequently in Paris with Jean Langlais. Grønbech has served on the organ staff of the Cathedral in Copenhagen and also as an organist in Elsinore.
