Composer: Farrar, Ernest
Sample Producer: Piotr Grabowski
Sample Set: Cracov, St. John Cantius 2004
Software: Hauptwerk
Genre: Romantic
Description:
Chorale-Prelude on 'St Bride' Op. 7 No. 1
Chorale-Prelude on 'St Mary' Op. 7 No. 2
Chorale-Prelude on the hymn tune by J. S. Bach Op. 37 No. 1

These are my three favourite organ pieces by Ernest Farrar, an English organist and composer killed on the Western front in September 1918.

I recorded the Chorale prelude on St Mary twice (the second version is at the end).

I've finally solved the problem with some of my recordings shifting from stereo to mono: I use Wavepad for topping and tailing, and for copying and pasting the best versions of sections in longer pieces, and it's had mono as the default setting for new files. A real pain, but it's sorted out now.
