This Pavane is a harpsichord piece, and we can't imagine that Louis Couperin played it on the organ:
I don't know any organ piece in F # minor from a french composer in the baroque area, because of unequal temperement. Furthermore, the bass line in the middle of the last section is impossible to play on a french baroque pedalboard, and the first (low) C # is missing...
but, despite this historical problems, It was clear for me that this solemn and serious piece is "organ friendly". I hope you'll like it too.
