A Fancy Sketch is an Allegretto of mainly staccato notes and chords but with plenty of colour and interest.
Charles Joseph Frost was an English organist. Frost played the organ at St. James’, Cheltenham; Holy Trinity, Westbury-on-Trym; Holy Trinity, Weston-super-Mare (1869); Holy Trinity, Lee (1873); St. Mary’s, Haggerston (1876); Christ Church, Newgate Street (1880); and St. Peter’s, Brockley (1884). In 1880 he became a professor at the Guildhall School of Music.
