I found some interesting pieces by Johann Georg Herzog (1822 - 1909) in his Opus 11 "Achtzehn Orgelstuecke".
I can't find much information about this composer.
(b Hummendorf, nr Kronach, 5 Aug 1822; d Munich, 3 Feb 1909). German organist and composer. He was educated at Altdorf and followed his career first in Munich, where in 1843 he became organist and in 1848 Kantor at the Evangelical church. From 1850 he also taught the organ at the conservatory: Rheinberger was one of his pupils.
I hope you'll like these pieces, played on the Armley Schulze. I think they fit very well on this instrument.
*** This is number 11 "Andante religioso", played mainly on soft 16, 8' and 4' with dynamics (Swell Oboe 8', later joined by Horn 8') following the development of the composition.
