This is by no means a "serious" upload.
Just a bit of fun.
I don't know about the U.S.A., but in Britain this is more often than not the concluding item of Advent and Christmas concerts, wishing the audience all the best for Xmas and the coming year in one go.
It is a very well written choir piece. Very funny also. The four-part score is difficult to read, so I did some heavy editing recording it.
If you would like to hear the real thing: it's all over the internet.
For those wishing to sing along the text is in the first comment. You have to be creative though; the order is rather peculiar.
Also included is a picture of a figgy pudding.
As it takes about 2 1/2 hours to bake one, the recipe is NOT included.
A rather poignant cartoon says much about peace in our time. So I included that too.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone on the concert hall!
