This piece has no tempo or registration marking so as the melody extends over two octaves I thought it would demonstarte the Hauptwerk Trompete 8.
Rob Peters born 1969 is a Dutch organist and composer and has posted many of his compositions on imslp.org.
I cannot find biographial info on him but he does have a massive output of music includng much for the organ and I did find this gem about his compositional ambitions;
'Presently, the composer is working on a series of 24 large-scale organ sonatas, in all major and minor keys, a large project that will take years to finish.'
