Description:
In dulci jubilo - 'in sweet joy' - is a lullaby composed by Heinrich von Suso (14th century), which uses Latin and German phrases. This amazing choral prelude by Johann Gottfried Walther combines the melody in canonical voices of the soprano and melody pedal bass. This short work dates from the time of Walther as organist of the city church in Weimar.

I decided to use the beautiful Zymbelstern sound of this organ in addition to some gentle flutes to emphasize the graceful Christmas mood. - What do you think about?
