Description:
This is the third uploaded piece of Richard Frèteur (1907-1988), a quite unknown Belgian Composer. He's published "Huit pièces pour Grand Orgue". He was blind and had a quite successful career as musician and composer. His music somehow reminds me of delicious Belgian Chocolate and moreover there must be some Guilmant and Vierne influences...
I'm planning to record all the pieces step by step hoping you'll enjoy it. Because I suppose he had a more Neo-classical organ, I've chosen the brighter mixtures of the GSCC for this recording.
