ISO "ImproWachetAuf"

A few years and a few cellphones ago I downloaded a piece from Contrebomvarde that was about an 8+ minute improvisation on "Wachet Auf". Unlike orher pieces I downloaded, I either was in a hurry or something happened in the downloading and my usually thorough label (title, composee, organist and sample set) did not come through. It has remained on Google Play Music ever since but the only thing identifying it is the title of "ImproWachetAuf". It was obviously uploaded on a very large organ and starts off very quiet and over the 8+ minutes gradually builds to a thundering climax on full organ. I have no clue who the organist is or on what sample set it was recorded and appears to have been since removed from CCH as an advanced search yields no results. Can anyone here help me to identify this piece? The improv is in my opinion stunning, and I would like to be able to compliment the artist as well as find out which set was used.

Sir, I don't think it has been removed. If you are quite sure about the year it has been published, you should go and dig page by page starting in this period. It will be long but I think it would be the only way to find your gem, because I don't think that the advanced search is an efficient tool: Some people upload their work in 'my own composition' but it is in fact 'improvisations'. singular, plurial, initials in caps or lowercase, spaces or not in the title and so on ... advanced search would be vain. At least, you know something about the title, it is a good starting point... good luck !

RE: ISO "ImproWachetAuf"

Thank you so much for your help, Sesquialtera. I've been extremely busy the last couple of days with no time to listen but I will at my first opportunity. Hopefully one of these or the one sent me by jepisi will be the one. Just by looking at the time neither of them seems a likely candidate but I will listen and enjoy them even if they're not. And I still have "the one" on my Google Play account which hopefully makes the impending changeover to YouTube Music, just no idea who played it or on what organ. I can still enjoy it as a "mystery piece"!
