Op U, mijn Heiland, blijf ik hopen

Vanavond bij zonsondergang begint Yom Teruah, Bazuinendag, Die Bijbelse Feestdag wijst heen naar de wederkomst van Yeshua. In aanloop op die dag is hier het lied waarin de hoop op die wederkomst slaat.

Tonight at sunset it is Yom Teruah, Day of Trumpets. This Biblical Feast is foreshadow of the 7th Trumpet that will be blown when Yeshua will return to get up His Elect. Therefore I played this Hymn "I keep hoping on You, My Redeemer". This songs expresses the hope on This Day.

"On the first day of the seventh month hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work. It is a day for you to sound the trumpets
[Yom Teruah]." (Numbers 29:1)

"With trumpets and the blast of the ram's horn [shofar]—shout for joy
before the LORD, the King." (Psalm 98:6)
