Here is an English church Voluntary I played on my virtual Hauptwerk organ with sample-set of the Stahlhuth/Jan organ in the St. Martin Dudelange (Luxembourg) The title in the youtube is wrong.
The name of the composer is Burt not Burst. He was Scottish and a teacher in Coatbridge in 1900, was appointed organist of Dr. Chalmers's Territorial Church in Edinburgh in 1902 and was then organist of Bainsford United Free Church(Falkirk) until moving to Manchester in 1910.
His 14 original pieces were published in Feb 1902 in Glasgow but some later appeared in other anthologies.
