The partita "Ich ruf zu dir, Herr Jesu Christ" is one of the many anonymous composition in manuscript KN 209 (Ratsbürgerei Luneburg). As was the habit in that time, the composer was not indicated or with his intiails. In this case the initials are "H.M.T". It is not known who this might have been, so for now it remains 'anonymous'.
It is nevertheless a beautifull compositions, based on three verses of the choral. I particularly like the second part, with its beautiful solo for the right hand.
I'm having a bit of trouble to create a readable score for this piece. The accompaniment often goes higher than the solo voice, while in other parts it deep in the small octave. This can be perfectly rendered by notating the left hand part with the alto voice. Since not many people can read that clef, I'm still looking for a way to render this piece with just the treble and bass cleff. Hopefully without resorting to 4 staves...
