This is what I could find on Bodenschatz:
Bodenschatz , Solomon Heinrich (Karl)
1807 Selbitz, - 1859 Kronac
Musical professions Organist, conductor, composer, music teacher
Other activity teacher
Contemporary indication cantor
Carrier/ Church division
Places of activity Altdorf, Munich, Schmölz
Both small pieces are indicated as:
"Mit starken Stimmen"
(On strong stops)
That description goes for most of his Preludes and postludes.
As the pieces are rather lyrical, I chose to use the strong stops only in the second one.
Probably not great, but certainly tasteful compositions, both of them.
