Description: | The overture from Tannhäuser by Wagner, played on my home built organ using 5 digital organs and 2 Yamaha keyboards. It is also an Estey grand organ model E reed organ. The digital organs featured here are 2 digital Cavaillé-Coll instruments - St Eucaire (manual 1), and St Ouen Rouen composite by Sam Sleath (manuals 2,3,4), a Robert Morton Theatre organ (manual 5), Barton Theatre organ (Manual 6) and an Ahlborn Galanti Classic Organ module (manual 2), plus a Yamaha PSR 8000 playing on manual 2 and 6. In this piece, you get a feel of the symphonic and dynamic palette of all the instruments working together, from soft symphonic sounds to full organ. |
