[Unpublished] Site Loading Slow

We have been getting a few emails from our users letting us know that there are certain periods where the site is loading very slow. We have been investigating this issue and it looks like we are reaching the limit of the server's resources. For the time being we will be disabling the chat system just so that the pages/audio can load faster.

We will try and get the site speed back to normal as soon as we can, hopefully by next week it will be fixed. Thank you for your patience.
