from "Die Kunst der Fuge" BWV 1080 - Contrapunctus I by J. S. Bach.
It consists of a fugue for four voices and presents the theme for direct movement.

Arrangement for organ by Alessandro Esposito (II volume Pagine organistiche Ed. Carrara Italy)

PS: Playing this piece, I noticed a certain similarity with the theme of "Little Fugue" in G Minor, BWV 578.
