Erich Koch (b. 1957) is a German composer, church musician, and teacher who has served as cantor for the parish of Hemhofen, Germany. In the manner of older composers who acknowledged whence they came (e.g., “Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina”), he uses the name “Erich Koch-Hemhofen” as a composer.
