Dieter Westenhöfer (b. 1935) — Entrée (2009) for organ
German composer Dieter Westenhöfer (b. 1935) was born in Bautzen and educated in Dresden. In 1960 he became cantor at the Weinbergskirche in Dresden and in 1967 oversaw the installation of an organ by Jehmlich. For several decades, he has been assembling organ compositions of various forms in an “Orgelbuch der Weinbergskirche,” from which several selections have been published.
