One LOUD key on St. Anne’s Mosely

I have used this organ for years.
Recently, one key on Great keyboard is far louder than the other keys.
It renders this organ unusable because of thr jump in volume

It happens using piston 3-5, so issue is in one or more of these stops.

Do I need to reload the organ?

Thanks.

Reloading an organ into a "new cache" can fix some issues. I had once a weird noise in one sample of the Billerbeck set. Reloading the cache fixed it. So try it out.

Thank you for your fast response. We tried the cache idea but the issue remained. My local “exoert” solved the problem he found a screen that showed volume by instrument (stop). The F# 3 key clearly in the screen that could adjust volume.
i’ve had the St. Ann’s for 5 + years without and problem - amd then…
