Open Letter to the Admin of Contrebombarde Concert Hall, concerning the bot bombardment.
Dear Contrebombarde Concert Hall Admin,
I would like to ask on behalf of the users of this website, what happened to the security update that was done a year ago to guard against further malicious robot activity?
Several weeks of recordings were lost when the update was done, and I and my colleagues hoped that the resulting security would be such that would make the loss worthwhile. It was also promised that there would be improvements to the website moving forward. We are disappointed that no such updates have materialised and that the bots are STILL bombarding the forum.
There are a good many users of this forum who use it on a day to day basis, many of whom would be happy to pay for the privilege. As your customers we deserve better service than this.
Could you kindly update us regarding your plans for the future of the site, and remove all malicious bot activity.
