A Request to the Admin of CB to remove Malicious Robot Activity.

I would like to ask on behalf of the users of this website, what happened to the security update that was done a year ago to guard against further malicious robot activity?
Several weeks of recordings were lost when the update was done, and I and my colleagues hoped that the resulting security would be such that would make the loss worthwhile. It was also promised that there would be improvements to the website moving forward. We are disappointed that no such updates have materialised and that the bots are STILL bombarding the forum.
There are a good many users of this forum who use it on a day to day basis, many of whom would be happy to pay for the privilege. As your customers we deserve better service than this.
Could you kindly update us regarding your plans for the future of the site, and remove all malicious bot activity.

ADDENDUM
As of 14/10/26 the bots are also beginning to post unintelligible comments on users' uploads. Please understand that this situation is entirely unacceptable, an insult to those who use this site, and the Hauptwerk community in general, and is not a good advertisement for the MIDI Works company and the service they provide either.
Could you kindly deal with this matter as soon as possible, and inform us of your intentions for the future of the site, even if you plan on discontinuing it.
