Präludium in e-moll Op.14 no.2 Uploaded by: wimbomhof Composer: Johann Andreas Dröbs Organ: Noordbroek, Schnitger-Hinsz-Freytag Software: Hauptwerk IV Views: 55
The second in the group, and the first of 2 pieces entitled "Gaudemaus" is very dignified and flowing, but in a grand manner. There are no fanfares here, and I do not recognize the melody.
"Gaudeamus" translates as "rejoice," although this piece is quite restrained in its impact.
For this, I used mostly the wonderful diapasons and mixtures, with a mini-full Swell at the end.
