Honey

This is one of my first demo recordings of the new Robert Morton Opus 2401 "Empress" Organ from Melotone Sound Productions:

The tune is “Honey” from 1928. This is about a hokey a 20s foxtrot as you can find. This arrangement is based on the recording by Harry Reser and his Orchestra from 1929. I transcribed this for an 8-piece band a while back and have recycled it for theater organ. It is too bad I could not include the equally hokey lyrics:
