I've wanted to post this for a while, but I've never had the music at home to do so. I'd like to know if anyone knows anything about this. I've never heard anyone else play it. I found this in some inherited music. From a 1975 copy of the Sacred Organ Journal (Lorenz) and arranged by Jon Spong. It is one of my favorite postludes and I play it way too much!
I've always heard Marcello's music handled in a more romantic manner, but I believe he should technically be considered a Baroque composer, yes? I had originally recorded this on Doesburg, but the pedal line wasn't clear. I then decided to try Rotterdam. Certainly a different sound!
