Voluntary No. 1 in D Major

C.H. Trevor included a heavily edited version of this voluntary in his "Old English Organ Music for Manuals", without any indication that it was not the original. Thus, the piece has achieved a certain popularity, but not in the form that the composer intended. This is the unabridged version. The video description contains an essay on Bennett and this voluntary that is a companion piece to (i.e. complements) the one in the description of my video of his voluntary no. 5.
