Description:
I present here the first of two recordings of Terry Streeton's latest composition, the "Rhapsody in B Minor".

Feeling that the piece had more significant French influence, I chose to do it at Metz, and then, as an after thought, did it again at Caen. I'll be very curious to see which performance is the most "popular" of the two!

As with Terry's other works that I've played, I felt astoundingly at home and at ease with this piece, and it all flowed remarkably easy.
There are variety of moods and sections, but everything "hangs together" beautifully for a very satisfying whole.

I've tried to be completely true to the "French manner" of performance, and every change done in this performance could be done on the real instrument. In one or two places, I deliberately "waited" a little longer than necessary, as the extra time would be needed on the real organ, as it does not have pistons.

Here is a link to Terry's original upload, which includes his MIDI performance and the score:

With my upload I've attached the MIDI of the live performance.

BIG BRAVO and THANK YOU, Terry Streeton!
