BWV 509 - Aria

Another submission from the Notebook of Anna M Bach. I played the harmonization (middle voice) supplied by the editor before I realized that I didn't like it, but by then I was so used to it that it sounds wrong without, so I was stuck!

I made this submission on the Rabstejn instrument by Sonus Paradisi, which is not heard much in these parts. I love this organ, the flutes of which are particularly transcendent. It has its imperfections, especially a somewhat unsatisfying plenum, but it is a wonderful snapshot of an lovely organ!
