Variations on "Good King Wenceslas"

Here's a tiny bauble for the Christmas tree!

This short, appealing set of variations comes from "Hymn Preludes for the Christmas Season" by Robert Edward Smith. My thanks to Agnus Dei for putting me on to this by way of his own postings of other items from the collection to CCH.

I've chosen the combination of clarity and grandeur of the Görlitz sample set for this performance. Take care with your volume control, especially if listening through headphones. The first 3 variations are on sparse registrations but the last requires full organ without manual doubles. I was tempted to employ some compression to balance things out but resisted.
