"Singin' In the Rain" is a song written by Nacio Herb Brown. The song has a uniquel form with a 32-bar chorus followed by a 24-bar verse. Originally featured in The Hollywood Music Box Revue of 1929,it was Gene Kelly who danced to the song while splashing through puddles that made it a mega hit. Sammy Davis, Jr. again brought it back on the charts in 1974. It's obvious that this 3 hand version is a scanned roll but it seems to still be a jolly good tune even by today's standards. I hope that my interpretation is acceptable for the theater organ listeners out there. MIDI file included so you can play it on your favorite organ.
