Description:
The "Three Ostinato Preludes" were commissioned from the Harvard University (2016). The three preludes explore various types of ostinatos.
The third one "In the Progressive Mood" is a prelude in Progressive style with a rhythmic ostinato in the left hand in the beginning and in the pedal in the final part.
