I have always wondered what the point of the manual 16' Viola di Gamba on the Krzeszów organ is (it's one of no fewer than three manual sixteen-foot stops). Well, I discovered a good use for it here -- never heard anything growl so elegantly! The lyrics of the hymn are added to the video, they do make the music clearer.
