Trio en Passacaglia

This short work by Raison gave Bach the theme for his larger Passacaglia.

Other than Pachelbel, my early organ playing days were spent listening to and play early French music. I didn't appreciate the early French works much back then - in fact 10 years on some of my books have "rubbish" written next to many pieces I now enjoy! How music styles and tastes can change as one learns and grows.
