Composer: Stanley, John
Sample Producer: OrganArt Media
Sample Set: 1904 Wilhelm Sauer, Dortmund, Germany
Software: Hauptwerk IV
Genre: Classicism
Description:
There are many fine performances of John Stanley's Trumpet Voluntary here on CB, but I think that it even sounds very nice with a softer flute registration. That's why I gave it a try on the Sauer with its lovely flute stops and the following registration:

I: Bourdon 8'
II: Concertflöte 8'
III: Fernflöte 4'
P: (none)
Couplers: I+P, II+P, III+P, II+I, III+I

For the second half, I added
I: + Flûte harmonique 8'
II: + Salicional 8'
Couplers: 4' (with the "affects all divisions" option enabled)

Like all my other works, the piece is replayed by ear from other versions I listened to here at the ConcertHall. That's why it might not match "the" score. Unfortunately, I also missed the ending part... :-(
Nevertheless, I hope that you'll enjoy my "unconventional" approach.

For those who own a 7.1 surround system, an 8-channel FLAC file can be picked up here to get an impression of what it will sound like in my living room:
