Shimmering Water - Day 34

The water can be so many things - friend, enemy, life giver, life taker - and everything in between. But perhaps its most fascinating property - to me least - the place where it is most beautiful - when it reflects the light coming from above. Although the light does come from above, and the water (generally) had no light of its own, in its shimmering beauty, the light appears to originate from somewhere deep within.
We - all of us - born of water - are also most beautiful when we reflect the Light from above, and though the source of Light may be Above, in fact the reflected Light emanates from the deepest place in the soul.
