Description:	Music from the Waterways -"Refiner's Fire" - Day 85 and following While underway during my (summer 2016) sailing trip from NYC to Florida, I composed a series of pieces for Organ, Synthesizers, Percussion and Audio. Each piece is accompanied by video and/or a slide show of footage from the trip. Much to my delight, my journey inspired a number of marvelously creative people to new works of art. This piece is a response to a piece of digital art created by George V. Richards, which in turn inspired a chapter in a story called "Sailing the Eighth Sea" by Deeann Mathews.
