Jean Francais (1912-1997) was a very versatile French composer. His Suite Carmelite from 1938 is an enchanting portrait of six Carmelite nuns, quite often played in organ recitals, but not uploaded here until now. The music of the famous movie "Le dialogue des Carmélites" of 1959 written by Francais contains parts of this Suite. Even some names of the nuns are equal. The Metz sample seemed to be perfect for this kind of music. Enjoy!
