From Dan Locklair's liturgical suite "Rubrics", composed in 1988, this movement features a lyrical solo line on the Hoofdwerk 8' Octave accompanied by the Bovenwerk 8' string + celeste, which is also coupled to the double-pedal line, supplemented only by the addition of a subtle 16' stop in the pedal in the final 6 measures.
