Introduction & March (Battle of Britain Suite)

Walton wrote this theme for the 1969 film 'Battle of Britain', but his film soundtrack was largely overlooked in favour of a score by Ron Goodwin. 'Battle in the Air' survived, as well as this movement in some prints of the film, and the music later became an orchestral suite. In this arrangement by Robert Gower, it suits the Salisbury Willis perfectly!
