Herbert H. Ágústsson (1926–2017) was an Icelandic composer and hornist. Born in Austria, he completed his education in Graz and Vienna. Ágústsson served as principal hornist of the Graz Philharmonic for seven years before moving to Iceland in 1953 to become the principal hornist of the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra, a position from which he retired in 1995. He also held a number of teaching and ensemble direction positions in Keflavik and Reykjavik.
