This tune is now pretty popular on CH, but here is a new arrangement by Charles Callahan.
I really disliked his opening, which I thought was too much meandering all over the place, so I added my own opening, inspired by ESchoen's upload at
http://www.contrebombarde.com/concerthall/music/15536
Now I have a new appreciation for Callahan's opening, so I've included both in this upload.
The very, very best organ version I've heard is Jens Korndoerfer's at
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNNA8R-J2cs I asked him if he sold his version, but he said he hasn't prepared it for publication. Rats!
Callahan's version is quite beautiful and shows off some exquisite registrations on the Salisbury.
I bought the bagpipes on a whim in 1977 and never learned to play them. How do you practice such a LOUD instrument with only one volume!!?? This is the first time I've used them :)
This is also the first time I've videoed me and not just my hands and feet. I look so serious, but I'm having fun in my heart. It's just a lot of work to play the organ correctly! I do smile at the end though!

Enjoy!
