[7.1ch] Micwalters' Improvisation (re-record w/o demo announcements)

The re-recorded version of Micwalters' fine improvisation, which does not contain the spoken demo announcements from the recording software that appeared every 15 secs. Fortunately, he appended the MIDI file to his recording so I could do a 1:1 rebuild including stop changes and swell pedal moves on the Hereford 23.
