Choralvorspiel "Vom Himmel hoch, da komm ich her" op.135a nr.24

Recently I bought the Armley Schulze sampleset.
I really love it and thought about a little project to demonstrate the lovely colours of this instrument.

So ... this is number 24 (of 30) uploads of Max Regers '30 Kleine Choralvorspiele' opus 135a.

A beautiful short prelude on "Vom Himmel hoch, da komm ich her".
Starting with high 'heavenly' strings, followed by the melody in the Pedal, you might hear the descending angel ... ;-)
