Symphony #2 4th Movement ("Urlicht")

You are listening to a personal transcription of the 4th Movement from Mahler's Resurrection Symphony. As far as I know, there is no published arrangement for organ in existence.

The Urlicht melody is usually sung by Alto solo. As such, this transcription makes use of the Melbourne Town Hall organ's vast tonal resources, rather than using the instrument as a kind of "unit organ" to strictly imitate an orchestra.
