As Lyn Larsen once told me , If you have a beautiful instrument to play - keep it clean and simple and the organ will do all the work for you. How right he was.
Here is a simple little piece written by Harold Arlen for the 1939 musical "The Wizard of Oz" that shows off the more gentle side of the organ. It starts with a solo on the Tibia Plena then shows off the French Horn and Oboe Horn in ensemble, and oooooh those strings!!
Just click your heels together three times and ...... well you know the rest :-)
The organ is the pre-release beta version of the 4/32 Wonder Morton virtual organ for Hauptwerk from Melotone Sound Productions.
